Hey y'all,
I am looking for one of those rainbow propeller hats (just like the one advertising this tribe) for my partner. He had one a few years back when they were really popular and is looking for a new one. Called Fry's already and they no longer carry them. Any ideas where they might be for sell besides Amazon.com? It is a last minute idea he had for an Estara bonnet for our faerie coffee tomorrow morning.
Thanks ever so,
Esteban

Re: rainbow propeller hat?
Thu, April 9, 2009 - 9:22 AMWell, with a cap lying around the house, some magic markers, a propeller, and a small (preferably battery-powered or maybe solar powered) engine, you can make one of your own! Just color the hat to your specific kind of rainbow, attach the engine to the propeller and place the propeller on the top of your hat and there you have it. (In times of need, DIY can make for a quick and romantically pleasing gift.) I'm sure though if you don't want to take that path, ebay might have something, if they all haven't been sold to other gay geeks.

Tue, July 7, 2009 - 10:38 AMYou had me curious, so I looked around. I thought maybe ThinkGeek would carry them, but they don't. However, I did a search on Amazon.com for 'propeller beanie' and found several. The most classic-looking one I saw was on sale for $12.95. Hope that helps!
