  Well I just got my Apple Newton via ebay last week. Iluvit!
  The handwriting recognition is really amazing.
  I'm waiting on a wireless card for it so I can sync it to my laptop, etc.

      No, they did not. The Newton line lasted from 93-97.
      
      Now, you can only find them via ebay or online somewhere.

        That's what I thought... However, the Mac Rumors site has been talking about Apple possibly bringing them back, so I thought I'd missed something. Anyway...I just use my iPod for all that PDA stuff.

          I used to use my iPod for calendar stuff...but i edit and enter alot into my schedule as the day goes by...so i didn't like the read-only aspect of the iPod.
          
          i ended up writing notes to myself and then going home and entering them on my mac and then syncing
          
          drove me batty :)
          
          hopefully one day the iPod will not just be read-only for calendar
